Privacy Policy

Depending on the features you use, the Site may process the following information:

• Contact and booking information:Your name, email address, photography type, requirements, date, location, budget, and any other details you choose to submit.
• Website usage data:After you consent to analytics Cookies, aggregated data may include pages viewed, visit time, referring page, device and browser type, and approximate region.
• Preferences and local data:Your Cookie-consent choice, language preference, and gallery ID or title stored to identify a client gallery.
• Gallery authentication data:The gallery password and identifier you enter, processed only as needed to authenticate access and deliver protected files.

Unless you voluntarily provide it or enable a specific feature, the Site does not request identification numbers, financial-account details, medical information, or other sensitive or unnecessary data.

Your name, email address, photography type, and message are sent to the photographer through FormSubmit so the inquiry can be answered and the project assessed. The form includes a hidden anti-bot field and basic validation.

Do not include confidential or sensitive information unrelated to the booking. If no project proceeds, correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary to handle the inquiry, maintain records, or resolve disputes, subject to any legal or contractual retention requirement.

Google Analytics is not loaded before you choose to allow it. Once allowed, it provides statistical reports about traffic and interaction. Google signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled, and the Site does not intentionally send contact names, email addresses, or gallery passwords to analytics.

Your allow or deny choice is stored locally in your browser. Declining analytics Cookies does not affect portfolio browsing, the contact form, or client galleries. You may reset the choice using the button above, delete site data, or restrict Cookies through your browser.

For multilingual browsing, the Site reads your browser or system language only when no language preference exists. Chinese-language systems initially see the Chinese pages, English-language systems see the English pages, Japanese-language systems see the Japanese pages, and all other languages default to English. It then stores the pref_lang preference and whether it was set automatically or manually in localStorage, including a manual choice of Traditional Chinese, English, or Japanese, to keep later navigation in your selected language. These records contain no name, email address, IP address, or other personally identifiable information (PII), can be cleared through your browser's site-data settings, and exist solely to improve the browsing experience.

Gallery passwords are sent over an encrypted connection to a Cloudflare Worker for verification. They are not written to localStorage or sessionStorage and are not present in public front-end code. Successful verification issues access valid for up to one hour; reloading the page requires the password again.

To make returning easier, the browser may store a gallery ID or title, but never its password. Originals are held in private Cloudflare R2 storage and require valid authorization. Galleries are available for the period shown on the delivery page—usually 14 days—and cannot be accessed there after expiry or removal.

Keep gallery links and passwords secure and do not forward them. Contact us promptly if you believe either has been obtained by someone else.

The Site may use Google Analytics, FormSubmit, Cloudflare Workers, and Cloudflare R2. When you enable a feature or submit data, a provider may process it on servers outside Taiwan under its own terms and privacy policy.

Multilingual content is provided through static pages maintained by the Site; no third-party translation service is loaded. External links such as Instagram open only when you choose them. Please review each service's privacy notice separately.

Data is retained for a reasonable period based on its purpose, the working relationship, legal obligations, and dispute-resolution needs, then deleted, deactivated, or de-identified when no longer required. Third-party providers may apply their own retention and deletion rules.

Reasonable safeguards include HTTPS, a Content Security Policy, private object storage, short-lived authorization, origin restrictions, and rate limits on login attempts. No transmission or storage method is absolutely secure, so you should also protect your device, email account, and gallery password.

This policy may change as site features, providers, or legal requirements evolve. Updates will appear on this page with a revised “Last updated” date; material changes will be highlighted in a reasonably visible way.
